Welcome to Ruckus Rehab. By using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any purchases, submitting enquiries, or using our services.

2. General

These Terms apply to all users of the Ruckus Rehab website and all goods and services offered. By accessing or using our site, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.


3. Services and Products

Ruckus Rehab provides mobile physiotherapy services and sells t-shirts and personalised programs online. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our sole discretion.


4. Bookings and Enquiries

  • Appointment enquiries do not confirm an official booking. We will contact you to confirm date, time, and availability.
  • Providing accurate and complete contact and health information is required for appropriate care. 
  • You agree that any health information you provide is given voluntarily and with your consent.


5. Personalised Programs

  • Programs are tailored based on the information you provide. It is your responsibility to ensure details are accurate and complete. 
  • The contents of the programs are confidential and are only to be utilised by the individual to whom they are addressed. Any attempts to distribute, copy or share the program are forbidden.
  • It is the clients responsibility to cancel any subscriptions should they no longer wish to continue. Programs will not be hosted online after our time together is up and it is the clients responsibility to save their programs should they wish to. Check ins are the clients responsibility. If you do not check in yet do not cancel payments your spot as a client will be maintained until payments are canceled. Client openings are limited so maintaining payments may be used to hold your spot as a client at my discretion. 



6. Product Sales

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. 
  • Orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. 
  • We reserve the right to update prices or product details at any time without notice.


7. Shipping Policy

  • We ship within Australia only. 
  • Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation. 
  • Delivery times vary depending on location, but standard shipping typically takes 3–10 business days.
  • You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched. 
  • Ruckus Rehab is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or factors beyond our control (e.g. weather, postal disruptions). 
  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


8. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns are accepted for faulty or incorrect items only. To request a return, email jonathan@ruckusrehab.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. 
  • Payment is non-refundable for for personalised programs once plans are issued due to the custom nature of the work and time put into writing each individualised program. No refunds will be issued during our time together due to the nature of intellectual property provided as well as the 24/7 ongoing support that comes with coaching. 
  • Appointment cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a fee.


9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website – including logos, text, graphics, and digital products – is the property of Ruckus Rehab and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our site or services without written consent.


10. Disclaimer

  • Ruckus Rehab physiotherapists are fully qualified, however results may vary based on individual needs and conditions.
  • Our advice and programs are not substitutes for emergency or specialist medical care. Always consult a medical professional when necessary.


11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ruckus Rehab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website, services, or products.


12. Privacy

All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our website and services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.


13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Return and Refund Policy

At Ruckus Rehab, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase and confident in the services we provide. Please read our returns and refund policy below for guidance on how we handle product returns, program issues, and appointment cancellations.
Physical Products (e.g. T-Shirts)

  • We accept returns for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items only.
  • If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at jonathan@ruckusrehab.com.au within 7 days of receiving your item.
  • Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging.
  • If eligible, we’ll offer a refund, replacement, or store credit—depending on what suits you best.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect.

Personalised Programs

  • If you feel there’s an issue with your program, please get in touch—we’re happy to work with you to resolve it.

Appointment Cancellations

  • If you need to cancel your physiotherapy appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may incur a fee.
  • If we need to cancel or reschedule for any reason, we’ll contact you as soon as possible and arrange a suitable alternative.
